Our Policies

Everything you need to know before placing your order.

Ordering

  • All orders are custom-made to order. Please place your order at least 48–72 hours in advance to ensure availability.
  • Orders are placed through our ordering site at shop.bakesy.app/b/dipped-x-faith.
  • Availability is subject to change. Please inquire before placing an order to confirm availability for your desired date.
  • A deposit may be required for large or custom orders.

Pickup

  • Pickup is available Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
  • Exact pickup times will be discussed and confirmed during the ordering process.
  • Please do not arrive before your confirmed pickup time.
  • Pickup location will be provided upon order confirmation.

Delivery

  • Limited delivery may be available within the Kansas City area for an additional fee.
  • Delivery availability and fees will be discussed during the ordering process.
  • Delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
  • Please inquire about delivery when placing your order.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the custom, perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a store credit.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup at [email protected].

Allergens

  • Our products are made in a home kitchen that may contain nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat.
  • We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
  • Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order so we can advise accordingly.
  • Dipped x Faith is not responsible for allergic reactions.
